My big concern here is that despite all the good things MRVC has done (ie, cutting edge technology, growing earnings, growing revenues, etc) the market has not rewarded it at all. What happens if MRVC actually misses earnings one quarter or reports a slowing in revenues?

Ram, I think you're wrong. Good earnings and products have done nothing for the company thus far. A solid institutional investor base is what will launch this or any other stock. The willingness to sell is still here. When there is no more stock to short, when the float dries up...then this or any stock will launch on good news. With Bear and Volpe still out there with sellers (shorts or otherwise) we're stuck in this 20-25 range. With dilution an inevitability at 27 and change, we're not going much higher than that for a while either. Now 20-27 is a pretty significant increase. But think of those that bought stock at $35 3/4. Does $27 look good?
