I've got a problem!

I've seen lots of conjecture on what RNTK's price will be after the deal is announced. Most of the estimates from people I consider to be rational put the price at $5-$6 a share, and I agree with that price.

But then another theory (sometimes stated by these same people) is that we won't see any funds or big buyers until the price is over $5 a share. Also, several people have stated that the stock will get a boost when it can become marginable (over $5 a share).

I have a problem reconciling the difference between the first statement, which predicts we will stop at $5, and the second statement which says that big buying will START at $5 a share. What do others think?
