Paul:

I concur with your statement:

<<I am inclined to believe NOVL will participate in the second round of the Summer rally as part of a rotation.>>

As mid-cap tech issues have a lot of room to rally into the summer IMHO, as large-caps (the generals) lead the way. Especially ones that the street continues to overlook because of their past record (e.g. NOVL).

I don't know much about CSCO systems in terms of their internet software products, but I had one guy tell me the other day that CSCO has a internet networking software system that's 1000 times faster than NOVL. (in business chat room). Can anyone here tell me what this guy was talking about?? I mentioned, was this a networking operating system package that was scalable into the enterprise level? He gave no answer <grin>.

That tells me to hold onto my long position, as the street will be in for a few surprises soon.
