PaulB.. I am basing the share counts on earlier posts, and confirmed most of those through a discussion with George Gutman a couple of weeks ago. He agreed with Year End 97 at 46M and most all the additional amounts. The only thing he questioned was the 25M paid for Acqueron. He stated he though this was lower. If we use 25M, we have about 79M shares. I reduced it based on his comments. I was surprised he did not know the exact #. I have never spoken to Mr. Dror directly. But I am usually disapointed with the detail I get from George. As far as substantiating the number, I can only report what I discused with George. I would encourage anyone to phone the company to confirm. When I phoned last week to determine how many additional shares were issues for the new land acquisition, George stated that information was confidential for competitive reasons. But George should confirm to you the number is in excess of 70M. I would be interested to hear anyone elses thoughts on how many total issued shares after contacting the Company. With all the potentially good news pending for this company, I consider it a disservice when eroneous information is included in a otherwise positive post. I do not believe anyone after speaking to George would still believe there are just 46M shares outstanding. I do not doubt that many of the new shares are restricted, but they are still issued and outstanding. jmt
