KLM, You Wrote.

<<belief in CCSI is commendable and your acceptance of some of the shitty things people have written shows wisdom and strength.>>

Answer: I accept what people say, as I know when things go up they are the geniuses, and when they go down I am the schmuck. Fact of life. Rule 1 in Basic Investing. My belief has not changed 1 iota.

Many of the posts on this thread point to some disturbing things that need to be addressed.

<<1. Although the company has a PR firm and a good one, the responses always seem watered down and to limited.>>

Answer. I agree, and we have been playing defense instead of offense, but on the other hand CCSI has publicly stated where they stand, and no one cares about anything except the deal. If they were to come out with ordinarily super news, i.e a M.O.U with the Chinese, everyone scoffs at it. We only want the deal.

<<2. The responses, although supposedly sent out on a timely basis continue to hit after the close of the markets. Conspiracy?>>

Answer: No conspiracy, but every response has to be factual and requires many people's involvement.

<<3. CCSI is working on a law suit. That's great, but in the meantime, if they allow Assholio et al. to drive the stock down to .50 there won't be a company to defend !>>

Answer. If that were to be the case, I would agree, however that is not going to happen

<<4. therefore, it is imperative that CCSI complete a distribution deal immediately, which should have been done 1 year ago. Get it out in front of the media. Have conference calls, horse and pony show and TV Interviews. Disgrace Assholio for trying to hurt children and get the stock back to where it belongs.>>

Answer. YOU ARE 100% correct. Don't go away, you will see ALL of the above.

In the words of the Seinfeld Show, Assensio "is a bad man, he is a very bad man".

<<The only way to win is to get a deal and publicly disgrace him.>>

Answer: I agree with doing the deal, and getting Asensio might give us some vengance, but I really do not care about him. He and his associates have stolen my money, and my main concern is getting my money back, if in fact he has some legal problems, that is not going to make me feel any better, I do not want revenge, I want my money back.

<<In addition, I would think that this type of tactic needs to be addressed by the S.E.C.; NASD and the media. It shouldn't be as easy as spreading slanderous rumors about a company to drive a stock down and force innocent investors into margin calls and losing their hard earned money.>>

ANSWER. On this point you are 1000% correct, but those agencies have allowed this to go on, and I doubt they will do anything. The one nagging question that I have, is I have constantly kept checking with 6 major firms over a 2 month period to see if you could borrow stock, and the answer was always no. I just wanted to see how they were doing it. Could it be that these short sales were being done illegaly? Perish forbid the thought, but do you think any of these agencies will do anything about it. I think not.How does short position go from 1,470,033 shares in February to 3,754,268 in June when you couldn't borrow it? Ask that question.

<<I'll gladly help in any way to create this reform.>>
I hope somebody does.
