Clint, its starting to look like a blah day.. whoops! buy program. testing on both sides with an upward bias as some take the plunge for continued summer rally and window dressing while others the safety of selling pre weekend. The analysts and companies have discreetly lowered expectations so that poor real performance is seen as a win. CSCO now trading at its highs got pumped over a hundred this morning.. someone has some short term interests to lift the target and maintain momentum. On the flip side, the oil service and exploration now trading at lows got downgrades... someone has some short term interests in keeping the momentum to the downside.
