You are right A rev. split would kill us. There is NO reason to rush into getting NASDAQ listing. First bring the price up, and show some numbers!!!!!

I've gone through a reverse split with another stock I own. It did hurt for a little while but bounced back. Major gnashing of teeth wondering what would happen though groan. I don't think we need to worry here if the split does happen, which according to a previous post appears to be doubtful at this point in time. I'm not going to panic if/when it happens. Helene

What's all the reverse talk about? Why would MTEI do a reverse now? First, they are in acquisition mode, and before that they need the stagg reports to even begin to see what they have...Its been stated that the stagg reports will be coming in over time from several different areas. It will be a long evaluation process. IF the stagg reports are not favorable, then and only then could you see some talk of a reverse... I think there's alot of time and work to be done before anyone seriously mentions a reverse... Scott

I think Jack has recognized this fact by this statement that he would do everything in his power to AVOID a reverse split. Look he is an oilman not IR. He is being honest. He is also saying what Tom at AVBC (one of your stocks right) said. I have no plans to do a reverse split and will avoid it in anyway possible. He is being honest with us, we should trust what he says. If you do not trust your management then sell and be done with it. PS, If you sell and miss a run up, don't come crying to me. Eric
