Very good surprise there - As there have been a lid on this one - I would expect it to be much more interesting than Benny's - No one should now about it - Keeping bid competition away !! JMHO

Good thing that this in not grouped in "Five dollars and under" ;-)

What's the current stock structure after this acquisition?

Justinstep has said (a while back) that there were 598,000 shares outstanding and 500,000 shares in the float. Has anyone heard how the $11M in stock for the new companies will be structured? If restricted, for how long.

AAFG is looking good after a few bad years since IPO.

you didn't read far enough:''Combined with our acquisition of Benny's Bagels, scheduled to close on July 8,'' continued Mr.Thorburn, ''this transaction will result in a company with nearly $30 million in sales and the potentialto earn $1 million during its first operating year.'' The key word here is "POTENTIAL" which means if all goes perfectly the best is $1M, but you know old Murphy ....
