It's called MM's. They control the price of a stock. And on the OTC BB, they are at foggy bottom. They can get away with quite a bit of manipulation. Also, most BB investors are not so savvy. So, when an MM walks a price down, the not so-savvy investor gets scared and jumps ship with a loss. And the MM covers his shorts.
I know. I have fallen prey to it several times, until I caught on. Just hold on, especially to the good companies like TSIS, and you'll be fine. If anything, the buy and hold philosophy is more true on BB stocks than any others.

Thomas:
I can only offer my opinion. TSIS is still a otc.bb stock. For this very reason millions of investors will not touch them. Buyer beware. We have a company whose management has shown they are head and shoulders in integrity above what you would expect in this market. If I sound cynical, so be it. It will require listing on the NASDQ to gain more credibility; THIS IS AN ABSOLUTE MUST.

Just be thankful in the meantime for the opportunity to buy more at bargain prices. But expect the manipulation and control by market makers to continue; you are not in the devil's backyard in the bb market you are on his patio. gregor
