All: There is no question now that we are around the bottom of the semi equipment ordering cycle. What is left to cancel or push out? The only issue remaining is how long is this downturn going to last. If you think it is going to be short, you are fully invested; if you don't think it is going to be short, you are on the outside looking in; and if you are not sure, you are half committed. Of course, you can trade the changing winds.
