Vic, at one time we were supposedly invited by Amex to join. What are your thoughts on that, and do you think the announcement of the merger nullifies the prior invitation?

"Also commenting on today's announcement was Fred Harrick, Chairman, ITF,
Inc., who stated, ''Interest in utilizing the Internet to provide cost-
effective voice and fax transmissions is expanding rapidly. After
carefully studying the market, we selected e-Net's data telephony
technology as the highest quality and most cost-effective available. "

Appearently, Mr. Harrick thinks Enets technology is the highest quality. Book value for ETEL is .77 where as FTEL is .06. 4 times less shares outstanding including float, less debt, double market cap, Software included, price-to-book for ETEL 19 while FTEL is 48. Net loss rose for FTEL as ETEL's fell.

Yes, the market and the MM's and the investors and and and and CRAZY.
