Press release was driven by the obsession us folks on the internet have for this company. It appeared to me that they were trying to throw out a bone of any kind to keep from having a riot at the meeting. You usually don't announce when you are going to sign an agreement - unless it is a transfer of assets, etc requiring a closing. Still don't announce it but the date is known internally. We will hear about this thing after it is signed, and based on Yak,s and Mark,s comments at the meeting, it will be about one nanosecond after the ink hits the page. It won't be dry yet. I'm holding what I got but not adding. Good luck. JCM
