So, to hedge our position just buy AVIA....:) Easy, right? We buy POKR at 29 cents and will be valued at $1. We buy AVIA at $2, so if its price going up, we still always have profits. If AVIA still $2, it means we will have AVIA at the bargain price. This is my strategy...:)

My understanding of the deal is that the value for POKR is fixed. We should be getting a ratio of AVIA shares based on this fixed value.
