(OTC BB: PWTC), a Las Vegas technology development company, has been notified by the Patent and Trademark Office of the United States Department of Commerce that its foreign filing license was granted as of June 12, 1998 for its "Electrochemical Battery Structure and Method" pursuant to its patent pending filing number 09/087,604. This protection will allow Power Technology, Inc. to negotiate with various manufacturers throughout the world to produce its battery without compromising its intellectual property. The Company's patent attorney noted that the filing was issued very quickly and has given the Company a green light to proceed with international negotiations.
