The TA is the only sure way I know of. The DTC knows also, but they don't usually talk to individual investors. Anyone else is likely to be little off until this mess gets straightened out and stop xfers lifted. ER

Fisher allegedly runs off with stock and money ,resigns/quits/gets fired. Midl puts stop tranfers on everything.Appoints John Spriggs as the new head of MIDL. John Spriggs resigns to persue DF-144 and Building the plant, SO that MIDL can go after Fisher for alleged wrong doings. Stock meanwhile goes into the crapper. Midl reports all this in Press release, but SEC had at that point and time according to Ann Fielders never heard from ANYONE at MIDL! A news release is put out by someone claiming to be Fisher saying he is still in charge and will hold a stockholders meeting to reclaim his postion and will let us the stockholder elect a new board. Now it's being reported that the T/A is resigning and we have no word from the company in regards to this! Now I wonder, If everyone connected with this shell were to resign.... would we really have lost all of our money, equity, sweat, sleep. You know the old if a tree fell in the forest and no one was there to hear it routine. Do you think we could convince our brokers that this never really happened and where is our money? I know, I know, but I've been convinced of dumber things, take this investment for one. PLEASE YOU JUST GOT TO LAUGH BOY "O" BOY.
