Oracle need a Hard Core Propaganda Minister. The next thing MSFT will do to ORCL is downgrade it to a Strong BUY from a BUY.

Well the comments about SQL server becoming a preferred base platform for Sap are correct, and the mkt share trends for Sap.

I don't think Microsoft Investor is necessarily biased in favor of msft, however in general its not the most timely information.
