What a tantalizer, huh?

The NEC appointment described Lair's role with ESVS/Zulu as a consultant.

A Zulu press release notes he was CEO. A secondary press release noted he was chairman of the board.

Meanwhile, there are ESVS announcements with his name, during the time of the intended business combination. He was around, in a variety of roles when the two companies began working as one.

Someone else can waste their time searching for meaningless information. I'm going to let the logic of his roles--consultant, CEO and chairman of the board--prevail as the standing information. Common sense will tell anyone that these three roles had to have carried over longer than a scant 20-day time period, as some are alleging.

So all parties who are citing fictitiously that Lair only had a 20-day involvement should strive to get an accurate accounting of his time, and not simply put out a lowball figure.

Every time 20 days is alleged, I will challenge that. It's flat wrong and it's an unfair characterization of Lair's contribution to Zulu.
