Well I see you are persistent.... You talk about PM's flying around as a major conspiracy against you and YOUR company. Well these are people scared to death because some have lost more money than they have every lost in their life. And you sit here accusing them of tanking the stock, get real. No you get real ... I am aware of the emotional trauma I am sitting daily hearing the stories. You however are trying to come at me which is all you ever do. We shall see. If you want to post Dan's story go ahead. This is not my company no matter how you paint it. I am a private investor that took on the IR role only not as an employee in the best interest of the shareholders and the company. If you got a problem with that I hate it for you. Fisher said he was more than willing to end the stalemate with Mark. Each side has ammo against the other so it will come to a head one way or the other...... Yep Fisher wants the stock transfers lifted. He wants to sell his stock he issued and take the money and run. Well James if you bothered to read the SEC rule 144 you would know that there can be no settlement like he could not hold a Board meeting in the Bahamas because it is outside the US. If he had talked the board into that he would have gotten everyone in the company to brealk the law. If the company lifts those stop transfers they break the SEC rule 144. You just do not get it do you.... Typical GB

Fisher called this a stalemate? lol Come on....he flees the country over a..... stalemate? Gee, it must be really hard to play a game of poker with this man. Sounds like fisher may be just a little bit out of touch with reality to me.

James, If Fisher is willing to end the stalemate with Mark, then why is he still in the Bahamas???? (I bet I know why) Ernie P.S. I have been lurking and watching events unfold and as I review your posts I have not found 1 piece of factual evidence that you have posted in your defense of Fisher. Why don't you include some in your next post???

Hey James, if people want to go look at the thread of a stock that tanked badly, maybe they should try the EUTO thread, and then maybe they can get a real sense of who is the one with the character here and who is the schmuck. If Fisher wants to end the stalemate with Mark, all he has to do is come on home and take care of it. If he is so innocent, where is he? 1. Innocent people do not flee 2. Innocent people scream it from the rafters. They don't just tell one or two shareholders. 3. Innocent people do not "settle". They want full restitution and justice upon those who do wrong. 4. Innocent people do not leave TRAILS of other companies that have had just as many disgruntled investors and accusations of fraud It just doesn't add up. You can go ahead and call me a sheep or blind follower or whatever. The only part of your opinion was when you said that people who supported Gary made you sick to your stomach. Good! Have a barf on me! So just go call your new friend Dan, and tell him to come on back home. There are indeed some shareholders of MIDL and his other ventures who would LOVE to see his feet on American soil. Some things in life just go together....peanut butter & jelly, love & marriage, crime and punishment, and now the ultimate....Bender & Fisher! Why is it no surprise to me that out of ALL of the people on this thread, he would choose to talk to YOU. You, who rarely appeared here until a weekor so ago. Were you two frat brothers or something?
