My only point, Aleta, is that if you're going to lowball--do it factually. It was BlueFox, I believe, who erroneously mentioned the 20-day period. Then Jon Tara wasted no time at all in order to jump in and attempt to throw another mudball at the company.

Why'd you backed him up? I don't know.

You know as well as I do that you can't be a consultant, CEO and chairman of the board in only 20 days. It's preposterous!

Indeed, a lot was made of Lair. And I'm convinced that Zulu began getting pointed in the right direction when he came on board.

Of course, we made a big deal of Lair. What was the alternative? To succumb to the accusations that the company was a scam? Remember, that's what the alternative picture was at the time Lair joined Zulu/ESVS. In fact, Lair proved credibility to the company. And that's why much was made of his participation, and justly so.

That Lair moved on and Mincheff moved in, indeed turned out as a plus for Zulu. I admit, however, that I was worried at that time of this transition, since I knew nothing about Mincheff.

But on balance today, I think all--except Tara's crowd--would agree that Mincheff is better suited for the Zulu tasks at hand. Otherwise, why would he be keynoting at a major conference and sharing the same podium as a Microsoft executive? Therefore, I have no complaints. All has progressed well, whether some choose to recognize it or not.

Ditto. (your remarks, Aleta, not the tape backup system....)
