Separately, JP Morgan initiating coverage of much-talked-about takeover play Qwest Communications (QWST) with a "buy" rating. QWST uses Internet technology to bypass access fees paid to Baby Bells.

I didn't know we were in play.......so to speak.

JP Morgan has initiated coverage of Qwest with a Buy rating. They have a target of $40 by year end. They say the stock itrading at only 14 times 1999 EBITDA which is reasonable becuase they have a 32% EBITDA growth rate for several years. Qwest will have an estimated $2.2 billion revenues in 1998 which represents 2% of the l.d. US market. They forecast that revenues will grow an avg of 20% per year through 2002, exceed industry growth of 6-8%.

This is great news. Let's watch the stock appreciate some more!
