I hope they can get this all cleared and cleaned up so that the bleeding stops and accusations can stop as well. I have heard my share of lies and promises on this one to last a lifetime.
Hope all is well, hang in there.

Regards

Jeff

Gary,

It is more than two weeks since the stop transfers have been put in place. I, as a shareholder, like to know the total # of shares that DF exercised, and the total # of common shares and warrants outstanding as of today?

Also would be nice to know the total $ amount Midland have received due to the exercise of midlw until the stop transfers. I remember seeing a post from Big Dog saying he wanted to exercise 100,000 midlw to common shares. That translates to $50,000, and I know of other people who have done the same. What happened to all that money? Did DF steal that money too?

TIA,

ajs
