Sure, looked at it before....caught my eye...until I did some research..now all i can say is STAY AWAY 1)They have until July 1 to obtain a bid price of $1...that is one week away...they will reverse split to obtain listing but after the split it will tank anyway (at LEAST 50-1 but could be much higher) 2)Convertible Debentures being issued left and right...even more shares than they already have...offshore shorting too 3)Shares being issued like they are toilet paper 4)Last I checked only 1 Market Maker 5)No matter how much volume hits it, stock will not move because it is so diluted (WAY TOOOO MANY SHARES)...I remember a while back millions and millions of shares a day and spread did not budge...1/32 x 1/16 6)Management can't even agree on issues...watch for management to resign very shortly 7)Much more, but you get the drift Boob...you will not possibly be able to bring in enough volume to move billions and billions of shares
