Jim, if you remember back last year I was very concerned about Motorola because of their present domination of the public service vehicle communications setup. I addressed this with Bud when I visited him on Dec 10 last year and he assured me that it was not a problem and even said that before they would go head to head with Cycomm they would just buy it. This was later repeated to me by Mr. Thomas of Chesapeake Securities who seemed to know what he was talking about with regard to the relationship between Cycomm and Motorola. He said it was a VERY close tie. There has to be an announcement very soon and I believe it will combine a number of things at once including the name change to Mobile Solutions. Right now I am not concerned about CYI's production schedule because I believe Bud has structured the situation in his favor with some other names....Compaq etc. None of those companies are going to sit by and watch a market develop and not want to participate in it whether they merge, buy, or act as agents in a Joint Venture to serve a particular market. Secure or Mobile.....Cycomm is a player!
