Just for fun, try the following URL and click on the individual's names: biz.yahoo.com It seems that several of the option holders who are selling on a quarterly basis have exercise prices of as low as 6 cents (these seem to be primarily early board members options). I guess if my basis was 6 cents then I too would be selling at every chance no matter the market potential. A gain of 816% at $49 vs. and gain of 566% at $34, no wonder they don't care about the fundamentals. The fact that ASND is in the S&P 500 now may limit some of the management selling bounciness, but I now see why it occurs much more clearly. And believe it will continue, just as it has historically proven too. IMHO, Dennis
