We are all here
for the fundamentals of a great company...right?

We are! As stated before, the short squeeze would be the icing on the cake. To me it appears obvious the volume is decreasing. Could this be due to less available shares to trade? (i.e. shorts covered)

Consider this, they can legally short a stock. If there were naked shorts/invisable shares the MM's received the price for them. At 2x a share would be worth about .18 to them today. Who knows the value where this short(?) occurred!? For all we know it could have been months ago in the .25 range and they are not close to being in trouble.

Let's see .25 x 3 = .75. Buy back at .06 x.03 = .18. That's a .57 profit. If they can't cover they may have to give up part of their profit and go above the theoretical buy-back of 18. It could move the price up, but much lower than expectations. Trader Greg offered another scenario that is also very possible. In good business you don't kill your associates because, if you do, they won't be there to do business with anymore. At that point your business goes away because you killed your associates and no one else wants to do business with you.

I believe the MM's will "live" through this deal. If someone naked shorted in a lower range they could be in trouble with a major price increase. That's not happening. So if they have to buy back three shares, with the money received from three shares, to cover one share they may not make any money. What a shame! If they get it lower they still make money, or more money, depending on their position. They have been at this a lot longer than most of us and, IMHO will be the victors in the end.

Let's get beyond this and let the new stock symbol proceed on it's own merits, until this happens again. This is the OTC Market and I believe it will.

The fundamentals of a great company are still the key. This stock was Debra's decision. She managed operations for a small, privetly owned, corrugated box manufacturer on the West coast of Florida. She did business with the company and knew they were real and functional. These companies,as she experienced, were franchised enterprises owned and operated by families. Considering this, these operations were handled with kit cloves because they provided the income to support these families.

Sorry for being long winded, but rarely have the time to respond and voice my opinion. Good luck to us all (including the companies themselves.):)
