Here's a news article quoting Intel as saying the errata is easily fixed. zdnet.com I suspect the errata will only apply to the current stepping. Intel will undoubtedly fix it in a future stepping. Sorry, I know this is heartbreaking but it really isn't a big deal. No scrapped wafers, no scrapped packaged parts. Boo Hoo. Sorry guys. Look on the bright side.
