Do you have a source for finding insider holdings?? The only thing I can find is the Edgar database and when I pull up the last 6 months of transactions, the latest one I find is a SC13G/A from Feb 13 that says that Dr Fox still owns 28.5% of the company. (At least I think that's what it says, it's hard to read). It appears that he did sell 600,000 shares, but he still owns 2.9 million shares.. edgar-online.com PA
