Fact of the matter is, BlueFox, I don't want to waste time combing for irrelevant information. I'm going to handle this from memory. Try this line of thinking: How many of you remember Tom Burgess mentioning Steve Lair in the Q&A? Is your memory becoming clearer? Wasn't the Burgess Q/A long before the press release that Tara went digging for in order to try and find a limit window of 20 days? Remember the shock we all had when Burgess noted that Lair would be CEO of both ESVS and Zulu? Now, compare the Burgess comment with Jon Tara's first date, which you know by his very nature he's going to lowball. Aleta, you of all people, should get your memory cap right on in this one! And if everyone's memories were really that good, they'd realize that we already debated the Lair tenure issue on SI and that I've already proven the point that Lair was involved with Zulu/ESVS longer than 20 days. And for those digging through press releases (I'm not taking the time to do it--if it was more important, I would--this ain't) remember there was a press release, concerning someone else's appointment (I don't recall who), where Lair's position with the company was mentioned secondarily in the middle of the announcement. This, by the way, was the first public indication relative to Zulu. Previously, Lair had been quoted in ESVS releases, all of which were secondary to the Burgess comment, which came first. Ask Tahoeman, ask Jeffrey, ask Randomizer, ask Brady--they were all around then. In conclusion, you might consider Lair's involvement as approximately three months or more; not only 20 days. PS: I went searching for the old Burgess Q&A. It wouldn't come up on my computer, even though I have it saved in a file. Anybody else have a copy of this? Might be nice to look at it again, just to compare where we are today from then. In my view, the only gaping hole is the fact that the audit has not yet been publicly released.
