I, for one, am extremely disappointed that Hack and his cronies took such big bonuses this past year a detailed in the proxy. Given how the poor shareholders are doing, I think they should get zippo.

Ronald, I don't think we will get much reaction to Mr. Frenchs' appointment. After all, the nucleus (Hackman) is still there so there really is not "major" difference. Also, we didn't get much reaction when Kelly left now did we? I believe this to be step one in a long drawn out process. Give this some time there is a lot of work that needs to be done to make this company creditable again. For those waiting (hoping) for good news as a result of the share holders meeting, forget it. Again, this is only a step (Teo will be officially on the B of D). Process changes take time. Each change should see some reaction in stock price but some will be minute, some will be drastic and some will not be noticeable. Calvin Scott
