General Post about MTEI.. Wondering if anyone here is using DLJ/Pershing and has had trouble transferring shares or getting certificates. I transferred my account from DLJ to ETRADE two weeks ago. All the stocks came over including this one. Today it was not in my account and I was told that DLJ pulled the shares back. DLJ now tells me that due to the name change they have to take what will be an additional 20 days total to deliver my shares. To me this is BS. I initially left DLJ because I felt they were trading against me every time I made a trade. Now I strongly believe (IMOHO) that they have illegally "borrowed" my shares and are waiting as long as they can to cover before they transfer my stock. Any opinions greatly appreciated!
