It is not just coincidental that the stock seems to fluctuate as a result of T. Keenedy's arrival/departure. If you think about it. He leaves Canada and does the "promotion for RKR" over most of Europe looking for support. At the sametime there are no new newsreleases that are approved while he is gone. When he comes back, Europe spreads the word and people, other than the institiutions that he talked too, start buying. This puts upward pressure on the stock when he gets back.
