I disagree that the company got "royally screwed." No matter how you look at it it's speculation.

Management is conservative and I like that. Also, close to 400 million valuation was by no means an incompetence on the part of the underwriters or the company. You want a successful IPO to keep investors interested, not a $40 IPO that goes public and then hover's a little above and below that price. $30 million less for the company when it is now valued at close to 1 billion is not much to pay for investor confidence, especially the institutions.
