Would appreciate it if someone could help me to develop a syntax that will generate a buy signal from the daily chart when the MACD 8-16 line or graph crosses the zero line to the upside, IF the 40 day moving average does not constitute resistance to the price bars and it is not sloping downward AND the bollinger bands support a move to the upside either because they started moving away from the lower band and/or the bands are tightening. TIA for any help given me. Josie BTW, got problems fixed with my software and seems to be working fine now. Thx to all for any support given.
