Joe, THQ is rated #1 in the sector according to IBD. ERTS is #3
actually. That is just one indication that THQ should have a
higher P/E than the average company in the industry or those that
have negative earnings and are commanding hashish high P/Es.

Other rankings--including the one on Yahoo Finance/Zacks--rank THQ as
#5 of 285 software companies: quote.yahoo.com

But I would be content if THQ commands the average P/E of 22. Once it
becomes clear that it's product and revenue mix is more balanced than
many think--and we're only a few weeks away from that--the market may
award THQ an above average 22 P/E. But first let's get there. Even if
we stick with 22 based on trailing earnings, THQ should trade at $45
or $46.
