Dear Rocky, I ran IOM through my quantitative models over the weekend, and it is clear what we have on our hands here. Another situation in which SHILLS like Jack Hetchinson and the rest want to abuse SI by dominating a thread to talk up a stock, and launch severe personal attacks on anyone who presents an opposing view in an attempt to bring the real truth to the people about the stock. Here is my evidence. 1) My quantitative analysis shows clearly that IOM will go nowhere or down in the near term, and the medium term is not any more hopeful. 2) Jack Hutchinson practices selective editing to build a case that is contrary to the truth. When he posted my record on Corel (and Jeez! WHO has that much free time!) he only posted the part in which I was positive on the stock, leaving out months of forecasting its demise after I turned negative on it, to support his point that I never called for its downfall! This is such a blatant distortion of the truth for anyone to see who cares to look at the Corel thread, that it is amazing anyone would even try get away with this. Obviously he has little respect for the intelligence of the other people in the thread. 3) This same selective editing, of course, is applied by the SHILLS in their discussion of IOM. Heck I even got a PM from J.C. Summers saying that IOM has not announced layoffs recently. Hahahaha!ROY, UTAH, U.S.A., 1998 JUN 19 (NB) --By Craig Menefee, Newsbytes. Iomega Corp. [NYSE:IOM] said late Thursday it will cut 600 jobs to 700 jobs, or roughly 14 percent of its workforce, in the wake of anticipated losses, excluding special charges, in the range of $25 million to $35 million, or 10 cents to 13 cents a share. By noon on Friday, the firm's stock had fallen a dollar to $5.44, or about 15 percent. These people are so desperately shilling for this stock, that they even try to lie about recent news events which are readily verifiable. Truly despicable behavior. You should be ashamed, J.C. Sommers! 3) Of course no shill/lynch mob would be complete without baseless personal attacks against those who fight to bring the truth to the people. They have been numerous, but Jack Hutchinson's clumsy attempt to suggest I am homosexual is perhaps the most absurd. The attacks from that woman in Canada who claims to be a doctor are also ridiculous, not to mention J.C. Sommers' personal attacks that keep arriving through the personal message system. Not only are these people shills, but their level of denial of reality and the crude, disgusting nature of their personal attacks shows that they are very desperate. This, of course, is simply another bearish sign for IOM. So now we know the truth. Happy Investing! Vanni
