Evenin' Mal and all: You called it well earlier today with your comments re FNTN's strength. I think we acted well today, as did the market. Buys to sells almost 4 to 1.

The S&P recovered strongly going into the close and the Dow Futures maintained all 100 points of their premium. This has to be a positive.

This was one of the strongest weekly advances ever in the OTC index and a number of other important indices including the Internet Index, Y2K, Dow Jones Industrial and Dow Futures (up 240ish), S&P 500 up 40ish and star performer Nasdaq up over 100 points intra-week. Awesome. If we start taking out last weeks highs in the next week or two, I think we can expect major follow-through.

The prospect of universal new highs occurring market wide is tempting fodder indeed!

Have a good weekend

Rgds to all

Lookout Folks! Alberto mentioned to Radim, in his SI Post # 2627:
Yeah... but then again... also imagine what the MMs will do. It'll be a long and bumpy roller coaster ride, Radim. (*SIGH!*)

"It'll be a long and bumpy roller coaster ride" and I conclude he is accurate is that statement.

Up until now we have seen fairly calm trading with FNTN since April 1, 1998. The chart below gives us an overview of the trading on FNTN since April 1.

I would like to make the following comments based on what I feel may be in store for FNTN when our expectations for FNTN come about.

 The market makers and day traders will move into the stock and that is inevitable, as FNTN becomes more exposed and well known.
 We could expect to see large swings in the stock such as happened on 4/23 when FNTN closed at 0.49 & on 4/24 when it opened at 0.51 and closed the day at 0.65 a gain of 0.16 or 32.6% over the previous day.
 These swings can and will go both directions.
 At times like these the nervous or overextended investor tends to panic at times like these and sell which can cause further downward selling and price reduction.
 When this happens we can expect to start seeing negative, dooms day predictions and out and out lies starting to be posted on the FNTN threads. I won't try to explain why this will happen but believe me it will.
 Additionally we will see posts stating that management is doing a poor job. When investors see this often enough they tend to start believing the posts even if they are blatant lies.
 Threads become a battleground of accusations, allegations, name-calling and the like.
 I am sure this list does not cover the all the possibilities so you can just add whatever I missed.
 I hope I am wrong but don't think so.

If you like myself are a long investor in Financial Intranet, Inc. and understand what is taking place when the above happens you will not let it shake your faith in your investment. From past experience I for one will not allow the nay-sayers to suck me into the battle. I for one will continue to post positive, informative and relevant information in any post I make.

I am not trying to say that people should have the right to post what they want too only that I have the right to take them for what they are worth to me and disregard them if I choose too.

Yes from time to time I will be very positive in what I am posting about stocks I believe in, some will choose to call that hype but I choose to call that my views with the right to post them.

Please feel free to agree or disagree with what I have just said.

PROPRIETARY NETWORK. Let me make these observations based on one of the many statements made by FNTN, which can be found below.

"The PROPRIETARY NETWORK is customizable for any application, group, franchise or ASSOCIATION THAT REQUIRES DYNAMIC INFORMATION EXCHANGE, ESPECIALLY FOR
ORGANIZATIONS THAT ARE HEAVILY DATA LADEN such as Federal, State, Local and City
Government Departments, Law Enforcement, Insurance, Financial, Medical and Legal industries."

Lets look at the words "ASSOCIATION THAT REQUIRES DYNAMIC INFORMATION EXCHANGE, ESPECIALLY FOR ORGANIZATIONS THAT ARE HEAVILY DATA LADEN found in that statement. In my personal concept of this I would take this to mean that FNTN plans to go way beyond the philosophy of providing just financial services. I would conclude that the services and data they may be talking about here are much more encompassing as I have stated in previous posts. If I should happen to be correct that would exceedingly increase the potential for their gross sales. Remember that this is only my conclusion.

1. How many federal, state, local and city governments departments there are in the world?
2. How many law enforcement departments, insurance companies, medical and legal related entities are out there?
3. If FNTN just happens to become involved with just some of them in contracting to setup their proprietary network to handle dynamic information exchange would that make a difference to their bottom line?
4. If you think it would make a difference, possibility how much in dollars?

I for one know what agencies, companies and institutions as mention above are willing to pay for quality service and that is whatever it costs. And they have the money to secure such services from a company like FNTN.

I for one am look far beyond any initial web site, looking to the potential FNTN has on a global basis. Some may say this is only a dream, and I will agree with them, maybe that is why I bought FNTN because I have a dream.

As Don said in his post #2656 on the other SI Thread "We know all that is supposed to be provided with the service. To get negative because we do not see a web site like we would like, is to be grabbing at straws, and for what reason" or "Everyone should step back, relax, and wait to see the result" wow. He also said "Just keep reading the "intent" of FNTN, and hope it will be greeted in the marketplace like we all dream" and I agree with that entirely. Don thanks for your insights and opinions they are valued.

If you live in New York and need to get to Chicago are you going to get on that train in New York or Chicago? You don't get on it at its destination, do you? If you get on at its origination point you need to ride it all the way to its destination or you will never arrive. Well I am on the FNTN train at its origination point and plan to stay to its destination.

As always, just my opinions,

Bill Fortune Ill

FINAL PERCENTAGES FOR THE TWO QUESTIONS:

Question:
a) Is the success of FNTN totally dependent on the initial web site with that web site being the main part of their overall business in order for them to achieve financial success?

Received --- 6%

Question:
b) Is the success of FNTN totally dependent on the initial web site with that web site being the main part of their overall business in order for them to achieve financial success?

Received --- 94%

Votes for a)= 1.5
Votes for b)= 23.5
Total votes = 25

1 investor expressed a modified concept to the questions.
3 investors expressed that the questions were not appropriate or offered other concepts for the questions and did not vote for either a) or b). These 4 investors where not included in the total of 25.

Please remember these questions in no way were intended to be scientific but just to give us an idea of what investors feel about the overall importance of the upcoming new FNTN Web Site (NO it is not yet up and running).

So that is that and now we can go onto new business, new news and new horizons for Financial Intranet, Inc.

Thanks to all that participated in this just for fun poll.
