TKA,your post sums up the BNGO situation about as clearly as possible.
On another point,it usually costs millions to buy even a small cap shell.The way I see it Mims,Harrisons et al have pulled off the corporate coup of the decade.(exageration)They not only wound up with a profitable co.they got paid millions for taking it.Shrewd.
