Hi Will.

Forgot to tell you that there was a small notice in News North a week or 10 days ago, indicating that Nellie and the Inuvialuit were not successful in getting any park boundary changes approved. The park boundaries were fixed as previously identified. Apparently the fed. bureaucrats said that the community of Paulatuk's original concerns about caribou calving grounds for the Bluenose herd, expressed during the park creation consultation process, take precedence over the recent economic/mining issues.

As far as a major coming on board, while that is a positive sign, I don't necessarily think that it will necessarily add immediate value to the project. What it will do is give DBL some financial breathing room while the major expends money proving up the project. If the major finds something of interest, and continues to finance the project, THEN you will see some long term value to DBL. (As a case in point, I refer you to MIQ.M, now in bed with Kinross - the value of this stock has not changed much since Kinross came on board...still waiting for positive drill results.)

Remember, a major can easily spend some pocket change ($5-7 million) to take a look at a property to see if there is something there. If they don't like what they find, it is easy to back away. Majors do this all the time - it is called hedging the bet. The more projects they are involved in, the more likely they are to find a junior partner with some really good property. For the majors, it is all a numbers game....but for some juniors (those without deep pockets or unable to raise capital) giving up a piece of the action is the only way to advance a project. For DBL's sake, I hope they are not having to give up too much of this project!

Regarding the REPORT, I have not received anything in the mail yet. Can you post a summary, or tell me if it is available through the company web site?

Thanks.
