Yes, it's fun to see. I used to marshall the thing when it started and I only go over now to let the kids see what it's like to mingle with guys like Palmer and Trevino. Tough this late in the week.....earlier the Chi Chi's and Arnie's and Lee's are cool, but now they are playing for cash so you can't bother them much.

It's great fun to watch Arnie pull his Tin Cup every year. I used to marshall the 5th which is a par 5 with water in the front. Palmer would go for it every round, dump it in the water every time.

What a great guy he is, he would laugh, give the ladies on the green his autograph, just a great guy.

Some of these guys, like Jim Dent and Ray Floyd are world class jerks....but even Trevino is a nice guy. He pulled a ball out of the water one year and asked me if I wanted it. I said, nope, if it's not your's it not good enough for me.....so he tossed me one of his. That was cool.

Nick Price is real cool too. I was marshalling the 18th tee at Baltusrol in the U.S. Open when Price folded and was getting off 17 after blowing a chance against Jansen when a fan asked him for a ball.....

A guy like Floyd would have had the fan ejected.....Price tossed the guy a ball. Real class under pressure.

Anyway, I always dump a pile into charity, Nemer. I figure I owe a lot more than I earn; I try to give back as much as I can.
