Critical situation to be in sir. Hope the matter is resolved to your satisfaction. I've had similar difficulties in the past and made it a practice of recording all verbal executions involving considerable $$.

You get what you pay for. Sure glad they don't take just ANY investor. I probably wouldn't qualify for an account of theirs - and happy at that.
