>> Arif is accountable for Ira's action. <<

In the past, Arif thought he was accountable to no one. As long as he prints shares to be +50% shareholder, he demonstrates accountability to no one but himself. Whatever he says goes. The other shareholders have no power. We shareholders are just servants that can be slapped around silly at his whim. Arif was dissatisfied with Ira, now he is gone. No need to take a vote, no need to call in the board.

Can you imagine a board meeting? Let's just make believe there is one.
10 Directors sitting around a table. They all vote no, Arif says "I vote yea, the yeas have it , thank you, you are all dismissed, now be gone!".

If you trust in his ultimate wisdom, then you gotta love the stock. Arif is Firamada, Firamada is Arif. Anything or anyone that does not satisfy him will be terminated. CEOs, CFOs, Auditors - they better meet His criteria, follow His wishes. Arif is the MAN. He is invincible. He is accountable to no one!

Want the price to run up? This will have to change.
