<<If the stock you short goes out of business that is good right?>>

Absolutely.

<<Are you able to short penny stocks?>>

It's technically *possible* for the average retail investor to short a BB stock, but the contortions you'd have to go through make it not worthwhile to do so. Furthermore, even though the BB is ripe with scams, many do not report their numbers or have one or two bucket shops as their sole market makers. These stocks can be manipulated very easily.

God Bill,
you must be all powerful, to affect the NYSE,NASD, and I guess also AMEX. To hear these guys piss and moan , you must have the same pull as Paine Webber, along with Robert Stevenson and more. Had I known you were this powerful $ months ago I would have paid you to serve an internship. Good luck, keep up the excellent work.

P.S.
Briggs & Stratton couldn't sell me nothing, because I know its going to fall apart in 90 days. Contractors pay extra for the Japanese air cooled engines
