There is not much "hard news" - their last press release was about the merger with AGE (4/9), indicating that it would take place when DD was complete. My conversations are usually with principals, and have confirmed that the deal is still in place, just loose ends to tie up, etc. They are in the process of moving the SF office to NY as they said they would. All seems to be moving forward per their plan. As I said in my previous post to Frank, IMO this will be a "pleaser" for the L&L's (large and longs), hope for big smiles by year's end. In the meantime, will just take advantage of these incredibly low prices.
