<<My guess is that stock was more likely sold on the spike up.>>

Wrong. They have a lockup.

<<In over twenty years of doing this I have never seen a company make a press release about an insider purchase.>>

Guess you are still learning? Let me give you an example. I could give more:

biz.yahoo.com

<<Under U.S laws these are disclosed in SEC filings.>>

This is an ADR. They file by paper NOT electronically. Make a trip to the SEC in Washington and all the filings are yours for 10c per page.

<<I have also never seen a company that refuses totally to disclose or even hint at sales by product line.>>

Wrong! You have to do alittle work, but info exists.

<<As to the huge number of posts here? Have you ever seen a dog chase it's own tail?>>

You need to do some reading. NO?? Do yourself a favor, sell now!!!

You deserve a break today! You may not have the patience or stomach for a profitable small cap ADR. Put your money IN THE BANK!!

Good luck to all!!!

DM,

Do you favor companies that pay a dividend?

Would you buy a co that pays a dividend over a similar co that does not pay a dividend?

If you were short, would you cover if the co announced a dividend?

Would a dividend payment announcement make the stock price rise or fall?

Thanx!!

I have! It does it for a while, gets tired, then wants to go out to take a pi**/cr** and then forgets about it!

Heck ... this ain't bad advice. Instead of going on, and on, and on, and on, and on, and on, and on, and on, about this stock from hell.

2.85 plus maybe a 1/16 for all the Maalox over the years and I'm history.
