All you people who seem to know so much about TSIG can't answer me? I've been told that a Mr. Leo Parisi filed a Form 144 on June 3rd to sell almost 300,000 shares of TSIG. If the outlook for TSIG is so good, why would he do that?

Blah, blah, blah wiseowl...

You ever think nobody is answering you because nobody knows who Leo Parisi is? He is a shareholder, are we supposed to know every shareholder in the company?

Why don't you get on AOL and look him up and give him a call? Find out all about him and report back what you find. Make sure to ask what high school he attended and if he was on any sports teams. If he is married ask how he met his wife too.

Why are you buying when even James F. Gordon has filed to sell 100,000 shares? With Mr.Parisi's 266,000 shares, that's 366,000 insider shares. Rats off a sinking ship?

Why am I buying?

Because I am intelligent enough to tell the difference between filing to sell and selling. It is funny if you look on the Yahoo insider sales report for TSIG there are a lot of filings to sell shares, but funny there aren't any sells listed. If they thought that the stock wasn't going higher why haven't they already sold these shares???

Here's the link check it out for yourselves.
