I think that is a great question....how many share outstanding and in float are there? Also, what was meant by dividends from the other company divisions?.....what value are we looking at in terms of dividends on a $.07 per share stock?

Thanks!

And I'm sure he keeps a count of exactly how many shares are
out at any given minute.

I just received a dividend of stock today. Wonder how many
others received some too? I'll bet most company Presidents
know the exact amount of outstanding shares on a constant
basis. Right!
Do you know exactly how much money you have in the bank this
exact minute? If you do, IMHO you spend too much time counting
your money.

In the general area is fine with me. Isn't there a transfer
agent that should know that info?

Or they could call the transfer agent.
