I agree, they probably want to wrap it up before the fourth of July.

Keep in mind too that a lot of these deals hold over through Monday, because they want the weekend to work out the bugs and get the paperwork together. Same thing with earnings.

Hi Douglas, I did the same as you and Vanni, I bought another block of shares on Thursday (wish I had waited until Friday). Did not want to miss the financing announcement. The stock should rise a couple of points with the announcement. This sure is fun. All the best, Werlick.
