Sacrecrow, to say YOU have it backwards with regards to how ANALysts work is a huge understatement. Do you ever watch CNBC? Ever see them interview Chuch Hill of First Call? He has stated on a number of occasions that ANALysts tend to be more optimistic with numbers for out-lying quarters.(But I am sure you know more than he does.) It is COMMON knowledge that ANALysts tend to be more optimistic the farther out they go. Look at the estimates for the S&P this year, and take a look at how drastically they have been cut as the months go by. Look at estimates for the final 2 quarters, they are still at + 10% clip, which will no doubt be revised downward as time goes on. Get a clue and learn how the street works.....

Regarding AMD giving away crap, go to your local computer store since you won't believe me and ask them which chip is faster, the K6 or the pentium(I already know the answer to that one.)
