Sometimes you have to throw those "state department" skills to the wind and just tell it like it is. There's just not enough DD in this world. If I have to champion the small guy and protect him from getting burned (like I have been burned), I certainly will. I'm sometimes out of place telling people their strategy is stupid, but I can definitely point out if they are ignoring key steps in the process and easily-uncovered information, can't I? :o) Just want to see everybody playing fair and with the facts, Clo
