At least they are consistently bad: My Q phone stopped working as well. I am not receiving calls anymore and I bet if I could compare it to others, it has the same problems.

I haven't had any problems with my Q phones cracking, except when the belt holder would fall off on its own. I solved that problem by buying the leather holder at Radio Shack.
